Refund policy

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Digital courses may be non-refundable once access has been granted

However, we may offer refunds if:

  • The course cannot be accessed due to technical issues
  • The refund request is submitted within [14] days of purchase
  • The user has not completed more than 15% of the course
  • Requests must be sent to office@gofarleadership.com and they will take approx. 15 days to be processed

Refund decisions are made at our discretion.
