Go Far Leadership

Go Far Leadership was created from the desire to combine real-world experience with continuous learning. Founded by Mihai Alexandru Gafar — project manager, trainer, and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience — the academy started with workshops for student organizations and high schools, later expanding to corporate trainings and international teams.

Today, Go Far Leadership offers courses for both professionals at the beginning of their journey and organizations looking to strengthen their teams. The main focus areas are soft skills, project management, and agile, with an emphasis on practical application, clear tools, and proven methods.

The mission of Go Far Leadership is to help people and organizations learn, grow, and go far — through actionable knowledge, authentic leadership, and a modern approach to training.

Mihai Gafar

I am a project manager, trainer and business owner for almost ten years now. During this time I have learned a great deal from practical experience as well as mentoring and formal/informal training.
The skills I have learned during this time have helped me a lot and I wish to share them with anyone who is willing to look and listen.
I have begun organizing courses for various student organizations and high schools, afterwards I started teaching within companies and organizations as well.
I believe that this is a real opportunity to share my insights and knowledge.
